After 5 solid years in Surry Hills, the Gaffa Creative Precinct is now slap bang in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. There is no other space like it, and its prime positioning, along with its ability to consistently deliver the most cutting edge in creativity, has meant that the audience grows ever larger and increasingly devoted.
The Arcade spaces on the ground level are dedicated to housing innovative, creative retail concepts. As a precinct, Gaffa seeks to foster a dynamic community of businesses.
As of February 2011 The Arcade project will be re-structuring to accommodate longer term tenants. After basing the project on a ‘pop-up’ shop rotational style system of 3 months, due to feedback, we have decided to allow more flexibility with leases and offer tenants a more significant duration in order to develop their clientele and their identity.
Format
One of four generously sized lockable spaces with full frontage glass, situated on the ground floor, alongside Klink cafe and Gaffa’s very own contemporary jewellery store Sterling.
Rental Rates
Tenants will enter into a formal lease contract 12 Month lease $330+GST per week ($1452 per month)
Plus Strata fees TBC (inc electriciy and maintenance)
