Mysteries of a Homebody at Gaffa is the beginnings of an open-ended documentary project that wonders about the stories of homelife that go unheard. It looks and listens into private spaces and everyday moments.  Rachael Ireland works predominantly with photomedia to explore multiple and shifting perspective of home and place. Since graduating in 2011 she has exhibited regularly, participated in local and international artist residencies, and has work held in private and public collections. Recently her work has been shown at the Australian Centre for Photography, Maitland Regional Art Gallery, and published in Common Ground Journal.
